Welcome to Electrician Squad Ltd (“Electrician Squad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our electrical services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1 – Parties

“Client” refers to any individual or business commissioning services from Electrician Squad Ltd. “Electrician Squad” refers to Electrician Squad Ltd and its representatives.

2 – General

2.1 Electrician Squad reserves the right to refuse or decline work at our discretion.
2.2 These Terms override any other terms presented by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 By commissioning Electrician Squad, you agree to these Terms.

3 – Charges & Payment Terms

3.1 Charges include the cost of materials (plus up to 25% markup) and time spent onsite or sourcing materials, billed in 30-minute intervals (minimum 1 hour).
3.2 Parking fees and Congestion Charges are payable by the Client.
3.3 Estimates provided are not binding and actual costs may vary.
3.4 Travel time, material sourcing, and preparation time may be charged.
3.5 Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or secure online invoice via Electrician Squad’s payment system.
3.6 Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Invoice customers must pay within 30 days.
3.7 No certificates, reports, or guarantees will be issued until full payment is received.

4 – Cancellations

4.1 Cancellations less than 48 hours before a booking may incur a £20 cancellation charge.
4.2 Same-day cancellations are subject to minimum booking charges.
4.3 If Electrician Squad arrives onsite and cannot access the property, full minimum charges apply.

5 – Guarantees

5.1 All work and supplied parts are guaranteed for 12 months unless misuse, third-party alterations, or other exclusions apply.
5.2 Drainage, blockages, and work against advice are not guaranteed.

6 – Limitations of Liability

6.1 Electrician Squad’s liability is limited to:
– Rectifying defects as per the Guarantee.
– Death or injury caused by our negligence.
– Repair costs for property damage directly caused by our negligence.
6.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

7 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
